what do dentists want from their dental lab?

I’m trying to make sales for my dental lab. what should I say to them? quality, on time delivery, good price. I’m sure all these are what all salesman say when they are trying to make sales. any ideas? please help.

Price obviously a big deal. Quality with a lower price = more sales, but not if there is too long of a turnover time. We switched to a private lab from a large corp. lab b/c the lab had better prices and even more quality work than the lab we used before. Try asking what they use the lab for most: like PFM’s, partials, or dentures and tell them your price compared to their lab. If turnover is over 2 weeks no deal 1 week more drawing. But quality matters most.

turn around time is not important for me, unless it is a denture repair. On-time delivery or communication of extended time needed is important. follow-up on cases for DDS feedback is nice. Quality is most important. A cheap price with bad work only takes me longer for adjustments or re-makes. Variety is good too. there is so much new technology and crown type choices now, I like to deal with 1 lab that gets to know me well.
