Well.. I send an appilcation to Poland and they offered me ..way more money than I can make here in the United States.
Dentists think the techs are idiots largely because 1) they make a lot of teeth and mistakes occur throughout production 2) only an idiot would work so hard for meager wages 3) dentists make mistakes but can still blame them on the technicians. American Dental Supply companies got greedy and took their equipment to third world countries like China and now make crowns for 30 bux a unit. These sweatshops have housing, cafeterias and run 24-7.

Hmm…Dental techs are paid the lowest of any craft in America, because your dentists are gangsters in latex gloves! You fools, and I’m fool too,oh Lord, why you made me a dental technician?In my country (Poland)situation is very similar.
i’m not sure if it’s the lowest, but in general they don’t make as much as they used to. more outsourcing and more cad/cam (even though they suck and i would never put a computer aided crown or inlay/onlay in my mouth)
Like being considered an ‘auxillery’ personel to a dental practice, like a hygenist? lol become a lab technician. Dental techs are paid the lowest of any craft in america.
